From I-79 Cross the Star City Bridge, make a left turn at the traffic light, make a right turn onto Leeway Street (right before the entrance to the Best Western) go up the hill. Leeway Street ends at the Star City Municipal Building parking lot.From University Ave, at the crest of the hill, turn left onto Broadway Avenue look for blue City Hall sign, turn left onto Leeway Street and left into the Municipal Building parking lot.
