Please be aware that MUB has taken over billing for our garbage service, but Star City continues to provide you service.  Billing concerns can be directed to MUB at 304-292-8443.

For garbage only accounts, please direct questions and concerns to the Star City Business Office.

*Garbage MUST be curbside by 5am on the morning of your pick-up day.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
